About

Event Information

The Cowtown Ball is celebrating its 32nd year in Fort Worth as a top Tarrant County gala. This event has raised more than $9 million for the American Cancer Society in the Fort Worth area. These funds are used to help people stay well, get well, find cures, and fight back against cancer in our community. Guests don cowboy chic attire for an evening of dining, dancing, and entertainment, all to raise money for this worthy cause.

Our Mission

Mission Funding: Lodging and Transportation

Many patients need daily or weekly treatment, often over the course of several months. Family and friends may help, but they may not have the time or financial means to assume the full responsibility of frequent trips to treatment centers. Hope lodge is here for those in YOUR community in Tarrant, Hood, Parker, Denton, and Johnson Counties!

In 2024, ACS helped 112 local patients with 2,274 night’s stay and 169 rides for a total patient savings of $502,843
